This is from the scene in UK Skins, series 3, when Emily sticks her hand through the cat door for Naomi to hold.
I've been wanting to draw people holding hands for a while, but usually when you have a couple, you're forced to draw a guy's hand too. Guys' hands are really not fun to draw, they're kind of ugly and weird. (sorry guys.) So having two pairs of female hands to draw is really nice.
